Fire- No Fire Station

Hospital - One large hospital

Police - One large police precint

Trash - Rely on region service

Park - No parks

Homless Detail - I got up to 100+ homeless at a point and evacuated them totally but they just keep coming back. After messing with them for few actual hours, I give up.

Population History - Got in between 900k and 1 million and messing around to get the best traffic
